Quick Soft Pretzels
INGREDIENTS
- Trader Joe’s gluten free raw pizza dough
- Water
- 1/4 cup baking soda
- Coarse salt
- Melted butter
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Start by rolling out a section of your dough into a long snake piece, about an inch thick
- Then shape into a pretzel or however you like, set aside and repeat with remaining dough
- Grease a baking sheet
- Boil a medium pot of water and add baking soda until fizz goes away
- Remove from heat
- Dip each pretzel into the hot water for a few seconds and place on the greased baking sheet
- Sprinkle with coarse salt
- Bake until golden brown
- Brush with melted butter
Notes: You could also mix together cinnamon + sugar to sprinkle on top after brushing the pretzels with melted butter
