Quick Soft Pretzels

INGREDIENTS

  • Trader Joe’s gluten free raw pizza dough
  • Water
  • 1/4 cup baking soda
  • Coarse salt
  • Melted butter

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • Start by rolling out a section of your dough into a long snake piece, about an inch thick
  • Then shape into a pretzel or however you like, set aside and repeat with remaining dough
  • Grease a baking sheet
  • Boil a medium pot of water and add baking soda until fizz goes away
  • Remove from heat
  • Dip each pretzel into the hot water for a few seconds and place on the greased baking sheet
  • Sprinkle with coarse salt
  • Bake until golden brown
  • Brush with melted butter

Notes: You could also mix together cinnamon + sugar to sprinkle on top after brushing the pretzels with melted butter
