Air-Fried Argentinian Red Shrimp
INGREDIENTS
- Argentinian Red Shrimp, peeled + de-veined
- Salt and pepper
- Old Bay seasoning or paprika, garlic powder, pepper, and salt
- Fish fry of choice, I used a gluten free one
- Eggs, beaten
- Spray oil
DIRECTIONS
- Rinse and dry shrimp
- Add salt and pepper
- In a bowl, add 1-2 eggs
- In another bowl, add fish fry and Old Bay seasoning
- Toss shrimp in fish fry mixture, making sure to cover entire shrimp
- Dip shrimp in egg
- Toss shrimp in fish fry mixture again
- Set air fryer to 400F degrees, and cook shrimp for 5 minutes
- Spray with oil on both sides, and continue cooking until golden brown
- Use any dipping sauce of choice!
- Serve and enjoy 🙂
