Air-Fried Ravioli
This recipe appears and sounds difficult, but it is beyond easy. What makes it so easy is that you use frozen ravioli and the magic of an air-fryer.
Ingredients
- Frozen ravioli of choice (I used GF, cheese)
- 1 egg, beaten
- Italian breadcrumbs
- Olive oil (preferably spray)
- Marinara
Directions
- Take a frozen ravioli, dip in egg and shake off excess
- Then cover the ravioli in breadcrumbs and set on air-fryer tray–don’t let the raviolis touch so they can cook evenly
- Repeat for all ravioli
- Once done, spray ravioli with cooking spray or drizzle if you do not have spray
- Set your air-fryer to 350F degrees, and begin preheating
- The total cook time will be 15 minutes
- Add prepared ravioli to air fryer for remaining cook time–no need to flip
- Once ravioli are a medium golden brown and crispy, remove from air fryer
- Serve with marinara for dipping
Tip
I like to add parchment paper under the air-fryer tray to catch any crumbs or messiness for an easy cleanup
