I cannot recommend this postpartum soup enough. I knew I needed some extra physical and mental support after my second birth, so I prepped and froze a Chinese medicine soup weeks before giving birth.

Once my baby was born, I had one cup a day, and it was definitely a game changer. This is a wonderful recipe for anyone postpartum or if you want to make it for a postpartum mama.
