Quick Shrimp Bake
INGREDIENTS
- Argentinian red shrimp
- Corn, sliced into 2 inches
- Golden potatoes, wedged
- Old Bay seasoning
- Olive oil or butter, melted
DIRECTIONS
- Pre-heat oven to 375F degrees
- Boil a large pot of water, and add corn to fully cook
- On a baking sheet, add shrimp, potatoes, and corn, toss in oil or melted butter
- Add a good amount of Old Bay seasoning, and toss
- Bake until corn is a little brown, and shrimp + potatoes are fully cooked
