Quick Shrimp Bake

INGREDIENTS

  • Argentinian red shrimp
  • Corn, sliced into 2 inches
  • Golden potatoes, wedged
  • Old Bay seasoning
  • Olive oil or butter, melted

DIRECTIONS

  • Pre-heat oven to 375F degrees
  • Boil a large pot of water, and add corn to fully cook
  • On a baking sheet, add shrimp, potatoes, and corn, toss in oil or melted butter
  • Add a good amount of Old Bay seasoning, and toss
  • Bake until corn is a little brown, and shrimp + potatoes are fully cooked
  • YUM! 🙂
