Air-Fried Tofu

Air-Fried Tofu

Ingredients

  • 1 block of very firm tofu (Publix Greenwise is my favorite)
  • 1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4-5 tablespoons corn starch

Directions

  • Mix all dry ingredients together
  • Cut tofu into 1 inch squares
  • Gently add soy sauce and mix together without crumbling tofu
  • Gently stir in dry ingredients
  • Sprinkle a little extra cornstarch over all of the tofu
  • Set air-fryer to 400F degrees for 18-20 minutes
  • Once pre-heated, and tofu and cook
  • When the tofu is darker and dryer, it should be done–you can taste to see

Tip

I don’t remember how I made the sauce in the photo, but any sweet and sour sauce will work well for dipping
