Blistered Shishito Peppers
INGREDIENTS
- Shishito peppers (not spicy at all, very mild)
- Olive oil
- Salt
DIRECTIONS
- Toss shishito peppers in olive oil and salt to liking
- Heat a skillet pan on high
- Add peppers and allow to cook, stirring around every so often, until most sides of the peppers are blistered
- That easy!
Note: peppers won’t sizzle or make a lot of noise, but they will be cooking. Stir around to see if they’ve blistered.
