Blistered Shishito Peppers

INGREDIENTS

  • Shishito peppers (not spicy at all, very mild)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

DIRECTIONS

  • Toss shishito peppers in olive oil and salt to liking
  • Heat a skillet pan on high
  • Add peppers and allow to cook, stirring around every so often, until most sides of the peppers are blistered
  • That easy!

Note: peppers won’t sizzle or make a lot of noise, but they will be cooking. Stir around to see if they’ve blistered.
