DELICIOUS PUMPKIN PIE
INGREDIENTS
1 graham crack crust (pre-made)
1 15oz can pumpkin (Libby’s is a great brand)
1 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk
1 Teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a nonstick pie shell with pastry roll evenly. You can roll or pinch any excess dough to the edges.
In a bowl, whisk every single ingredient together.
Pour pumpkin mixture into pie shell, and place in center of oven rack for 45-55 minutes, or until very center of pie is firm.
Note: It is normal for the pie to raise while cooking, it will deflate once taken out of the oven.
