Overdressed Pasta Salad
INGREDIENTS
- Rice and lentil elbow pasta, cooked and cooled
- Garlic Italian dressing (Cleveland Kitchen brand)
- Mozzarella, diced
- Prosciutto
- Capicola
- Italian salami
- Cucumber, sliced and cut into fourths
- Avocado, diced
- Cilantro, minced
- Shredded carrots, roughly chopped
- Red onion, diced–almost minced
- Apple, chopped
- Cheery tomatoes, halved
- Sweet peppers, sliced and halved
- Paprika and salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Mix it all and enjoy!
Note: the meats may stick together when slicing, try to separate
