Air-Fried Beet Chips
Ingredients
- Beets
- Olive oil
- Salt
Directions
- Slice beets thinly using peeler or knife or other method
- Mix with some olive oil to coat
- Spread out evenly on air-fryer tray
- Sprinkle with salt
- Pre-heat air-fryer to 350F degrees and set for 15 minutes
- Add tray of beet slices
- Periodically check on the beets–they often move around because of the air movement–if they move, just spread them out again
- Keep checking until they are getting crispy
- Remove from air fryer and let sit for 3 minutes as they continue to crisp
Tip
The thinner the beets, the more easily they move around in the air-fryers forget stick together. If you set your air-fryer to bake, they move around a little bit less.
