Chris’ New Favorite: Korean Beef
INGREDIENTS
- Top sirloin, sliced
- Soy sauce
- Honey
- Cornstarch
- Red chili flakes
- Canola oil
- Garlic, minced
- Fresh ginger, minced
- Green onion, chopped and divide green and white part
- Sesame seeds
- Sesame oil
DIRECTIONS
- Combine soy sauce, cornstarch, honey, and chili flakes, set aside
- Add canola oil to sauté pan at medium-high heat
- Add beef and cook for 3 minutes until browned
- Add garlic, ginger, and white from green onion, cook for another 2 minutes
- Add sauce mixture and cook for another minute or two until sauce is thickened
- Service beef over rice, and add green from green onion, sesame seeds, sesame oil
- Enjoy!
