Chris’ New Favorite: Korean Beef

INGREDIENTS

  • Top sirloin, sliced
  • Soy sauce
  • Honey
  • Cornstarch
  • Red chili flakes
  • Canola oil
  • Garlic, minced
  • Fresh ginger, minced
  • Green onion, chopped and divide green and white part
  • Sesame seeds
  • Sesame oil

DIRECTIONS

  • Combine soy sauce, cornstarch, honey, and chili flakes, set aside
  • Add canola oil to sauté pan at medium-high heat
  • Add beef and cook for 3 minutes until browned
  • Add garlic, ginger, and white from green onion, cook for another 2 minutes
  • Add sauce mixture and cook for another minute or two until sauce is thickened
  • Service beef over rice, and add green from green onion, sesame seeds, sesame oil
  • Enjoy!
